Julie and Carmen are absolutely amazing to work with, moving in was a breeze. There were a few things that needed to be fixed with our apartment upon moving in and they were able to get it done within hours of our arrival. These two are truly an amazing asset and have made our experience here at Ventana Palms wonderful and memorable. The apartments are large and spacious and the pool is just wonderful. We are truly grateful and appreciative to have a wonderful home thanks to these two amazing ladies.

I was looking for a new place and the floor plans here were perfect. Julie assured me about management and maintenance protocol and the expectations of the property thoroughly. The unit I wanted was rented out right before I called but instead of it being a disappointment, Carmen worked with me and got me into an even better unit. She cared about my situation from the very start and this townhouse is beautiful. I could spend years here. Thank you so much Julie and Carmen for everything you've done for me.
