Julie and Carmen are absolutely amazing to work with, moving in was a breeze. There were a few things that needed to be fixed with our apartment upon moving in and they were able to get it done within hours of our arrival. These two are truly an amazing asset and have made our experience here at Ventana Palms wonderful and memorable. The apartments are large and spacious and the pool is just wonderful. We are truly grateful and appreciative to have a wonderful home thanks to these two amazing ladies.

I was looking for a new place and the floor plans here were perfect. Julie assured me about management and maintenance protocol and the expectations of the property thoroughly. The unit I wanted was rented out right before I called but instead of it being a disappointment, Carmen worked with me and got me into an even better unit. She cared about my situation from the very start and this townhouse is beautiful. I could spend years here. Thank you so much Julie and Carmen for everything you've done for me. Best management experience I've ever had💖. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give.

Julie and Krystal are great. Julie does her best to make things fair. She really puts her all into the community. When something is brought to her attention she does her best to correct it. The building it self has issues. That has nothing to do with the office staff. I stayed for one year and yes there was issue but Julie communicates. And I appreciate everything she does. Issues are everywhere even at a A property things can arise it’s all about communication and they definitely do.

I love the leasing managers there really sweet and understanding . I live in a better area than where I was before The only thing that could help these apartments is if the people that live here would learn how to pick up their dogs poop there’s viruses going around now for dogs that I don’t want my dog to get sick. I have two little fur babies that I love with all my heart, I would appreciate it if my neighbors show some respect and learn how to pick up their dogs, poop and especially they need to stop throwing trash everywhere These apartments are nice and all But if you guys would put a sign Right where doggy Pick up bags are That says pick up your Poop or it’s a fee And put a camera right there the neighbors can Actually, pick up their dogs poop It’s just a suggestion it will help out a lot I really don’t want my dog getting sick but I’d rate these apartments like a 3.5 star

Going on two years here, Julie does her best and goes the distance for tenants that comply with what you sign up for. Many seem to have fault with management when situations don’t go there way or a sense of entitlement kicks in. Yet none seem to exercise foresight and not put themselves in a predicament where your asking management to do the most. So basically if you park in another tenants spot and get towed. That’s your fault, it’s apart of the lease. Second, you got an apartment issue, go on line and put an AMC maintenance request and I bet you they respond. As for the kids that write wash me on my car when it’s dirty, I don’t trip because that’s what kids do, they yell at each other, play in the street, all that. But that’s apart of our community. A community which Julie tries her best to maintain. So if you decide to move here, do your part and I promise you Julie will do hers.

Kristi and Staff are very professional and quick to answer any questions and fix any problems with an quick solution. I had a small problem with entry with my Motorcycle and i mention it to Kristi and she gave me an remote to enter with ease. Also i had a small issue and she asked for permission for the maintenance to enter and solve the problem the same day,,specifically my stove, handle broke and they honestly gave me a new stove, samething with the washing machine, with new appliances the same day as a replacement in stead of a repair, it was a nice upgrade to my apartment, thank you for all you Kristi, and staff.

Have lived here for over 5 years. Early on we suffered a lot of issues in our apartment (A/C, Leaking bathtub on 2nd floor, dryer, oven) and tons of staff turnover in the office. But over the last few years, there has been a big improvement...mainly due to property manager Kristi being wonderful. When something is wrong its addressed immediately and staff is always friendly. While our apartment is showing its age, I have noticed lots of improvements in other apartments and the property(we've been in this same apartment for 5 years so they haven't been able to fix up and improve it). Would definitely recommend this place just for staff alone.

We moved in last month, and so far it's been great. Jessie & Kristie have been extremely helpful (especially with my many questions at the beginning lol). NO bugs!!!- I cannot appreciate this enough! Polite and helpful office staff and maintenance. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Very spacious apartments, love the flooring & our own W & D! Various amenities: pool, gym, vending machines- even a water dispenser. Payments can be made online! Holiday contests in the community. Overall- the move was extremely easy. Everyone at the office has been very helpful. We are happy to be apart of a caring community.

I have had nothing but great expierences since the day I walked onto the property. Kristi the property manager is amazing. She has followed thru on everything we discussed at the lease signing and she is always available to the tenants. She always has a great attitude and she has an amazing staff. Jessenia and Mario always have a positive up beat attitude and a great sense of urgency when anything arises (which other than a few maint issues that were handled immediatly have not been many).. The property is clean and we have not had any issues with neighbors or foot traffic at all..Mario the maintenance supervisor handled my request immediatly and did an excellent job. He even had me check that everything was good before he left. He was friendly and professional and Spencer also addressed an issue with professionalism and reassurance that they were there when we needed them. I have recently signed another year lease and its mostly because the service here is top notch!! Thank you all!!

PRETTY DECENT PLACE. IM A PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR A TENANT WHO LIVES HERE. DESPITE WHAT I HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE CONTROL ISSUES THE LEASING AGENTS HAVE, AND THE CONFRONTATION AND/OR ACCUSATIONS MADE TOWARDS MY EMPLOYER ABOUT A WEED SMELL, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY EMPLOYER BY THE WAY. THIS PLACE IS PRETTY CLEAN, NO MAINTENANCE ISSUES TO MY KNOWLEDGE. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SAFE AND UNTAMPERED WITH. EVERYONE KEEPS TO THEMSELVES. AND WITH THIS PANDEMIC GOING ON, MY EMPLOYER AND I BOTH HAD UNCLES THAT DIED. BEING EXPOSED TO COVID-19, WE HAD TO QUARANTINE WITH A FEW OF MY EMPLOYERS FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. IT WAS TOUGH TIMES BUT AM GLAD THE OFFICE STAFF DID NOT MAKE IT AN ISSUE FOR MY EMPLOYER.

I love, love, love Kristi and Richie! They are the best ever. I’ve never dealt with a management staff who are so helpful and attentive to their tenant’s needs. I’ve lived here for 10 months. The only issue I have with the property (the reason for only 4 stars) is the water/sewer situation. I was not expecting that huge expense. It’s an older property, but very good place to live with respectful tenants who look out for one another. I expected pests, but have had NONE, even living by the pool! Keep up the good work! The only issue I have with the property (the reason for only 4 stars) is the water/sewer situation. I was not expecting that huge expense. It’s an older property, but very good place to live with respectful tenants who look out for one another. I expected pests, but have had NONE, even living by the pool! Keep up the good work! You’re doing a great job!

She was very helpful and nice, she always greeted me with a smile, and was very helpful. I knew that Ventana Palms was the place for me because its spacious, and clean, my place has new floors,new counter tops, new bathroom, and a new washing machine. I’m very happy to be apart of such a great team and resident. There’re very professional and with excellent customer service. When I say team I mean Ana and Kristi works well together, when Ana was off work I had an one on one with Kristi to pay my deposit and she was just as nice and courteous as well. Kristi also help me with identifying my parking space key fog and entrance remote and answer every bit of my thousand questions with patience and a smile. Thanks Ana and Kristi for making my inquire of residency a reality.

I moved out of ventana palms apt. On 04/30/2018, i love those apts.quiet and clean.i lived there for over 3 years,my only complaint i had carpet cleaned on 0n 04/27/2018,i paid ashley restoration $55 why was i charged $65+taxes on my final bill,when management knew i was haveing the carpet cleaned i could have saved $55, iam sure this over sight,was not done by kristi the manager, because thats not her style.i just want my $55 back.

I moved into these apartments a month and a half ago and so far I haven't had any issues. Any issues that I have are mainly with other residents. And it's nothing management can do. But any issues I have ever had they have been amazing. Since day one it's been a relief being here. From bringing my service dog home, to being awesome with my move in and dealing with the stress of my old place. They have always been respectful with any inspections and work orders knowing I work nights and my ESA (emotional support animal) isn't kenneled while I'm home sleeping. I love working with Essie in the front office. She has been such a big help with moving in and getting settled.

Grate place, The office staff they have Coffey and cookies every day. I don't know about the other reviews if you pay on time you don't get extra fees and nothing is hidden it's all in your lease. {Read} before you sigh. If you don't have a dirty apartment roaches do not go to your place because they will not fiend food. { Clean } .
